We want you to love every sip. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

📅 Return Window

You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition
• Unopened and unused
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used coffee products (perishable goods)
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Contact us at daryl@squatch51.com before sending anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at daryl@squatch51.com.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
