There's a place he found years ago, high in the Sumatran highlands, where the jungle gets so thick the light barely makes it through. He went up there alone. He stayed longer than anyone expected. When he came back down, he didn't say what he'd found — he just started roasting.

Grown at 1100–1600 meters in the biodiverse highlands of Aceh, this Fairtrade Organic lot is processed using Giling Basah (wet-hulling) — a method unique to Sumatra that creates that signature full body, low acidity, and deep earthy-chocolate complexity you won't find anywhere else.
